The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has opened seven senior legal positions in its Prosecution & Civil Litigation Department, including Director, Additional Director, Joint Director and Deputy Director posts in Karachi, Islamabad and Lahore. These are executive-level contractual appointments, initially for three years, and a rare opportunity for experienced advocates to work at the heart of the country’s corporate and financial regulatory framework.

If you have spent years in corporate litigation, prosecution or regulatory law and are looking for a role where your courtroom experience actually shapes enforcement policy, this recruitment round is worth a serious look. All positions are advertised on open merit, and applications are being accepted online only through the SECP careers portal.
