Eligibility Criteria
- All citizens of Pakistan are eligible to apply.
- Maximum age required is 50 years at the closing date of application.
1. Climate Change Specialist
- Candidates must have minimum PhD degree in Environmental Sciences/Climate Science or equivalent from any notional/international university recognized by HEC.
- Minimum of 03 years of relevant field experience is mandatory.
2. Information Technology Specialist
- Minimum PhD degree in IT/Technology Management/CS or related field from any HEC recognized institute or university.
- Three years of relevant field experience is required.
3. Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
- PhD in Public Administration, Project Management or relevant field from any institute or university recognized by HEC.
- o3 years of relevant field experience is required for these posts.

- The applicants should be on prescribed Performa and must include a detailed CV along attested copies of all required degrees and other documentations. The Performa is available at https://www.pc.gov.pk/.
- Applicants are also required to submit their complete applications along with all required documentations via Ministry’s Official web portal online at https://www.pc.gov.pk/, or they can submit application online through National Job Portal at https://www.njp.gov.pk/.
- Candidates already serving Govt, or semi-govt employment shall apply through proper channel.
